FOI requests

The Freedom of Information Act 2000 provides public access to information held by public authorities. 

If you would like to submit a FOI request relating to the Pension Fund please contact the FOI team: foi@rbwm.gov.uk copying in the Pension Fund team: info@berkshirepensions.org.uk  

Previous FOI requests and responses can be viewed on the RBWM website. From here you can type 'pension' in the 'Keyword search' box and historical FOI requests and responses will be displayed relating to the Pension Fund. 

As per the RBWM retention policy, we retain Freedom of Information (FOI) requests for a period of two years, after which they are deleted. 

FOI requests older than two years cannot be accessed and you will need to submit a new request for information.
