Can I join?
Providing you work for an employer that participates in the Local Government Pension Scheme (LGPS) in Berkshire, you have a contract of employment of at least three months duration and you are under the age of 75, you can join the Scheme.
You will normally become a member of the LGPS automatically but if you are employed by a Town or Parish Council or an admitted body, you must be designated by your employer as being eligible for membership.
To opt in to the LGPS please complete the LGS10 Election form below and forward to your payroll department.
