If you receive a pension from the Berkshire Pension Fund (Local Government Pension Scheme) you will receive your pension through a direct payment into your bank account. Regular payments are made into your bank account or building society account on the last working day of the month.

Your April 2024 Annual Pension Payment If you have received an increase to your annual pension your April 2024 pension payment will include the increase from 8 to 30 April 2024 only. From May 2024 onwards your pension payments will reflect the full increase you are entitled to receive. You will receive a payslip in April 2024 but you will not receive a payslip in May 2024.
Will I receive a monthly payslip? As stated above you will receive a payslip in April every year as a result of the pensions increase being applied to your pension. You will not receive a payslip in May but you will receive a payslip from June onwards if your net pay varies by £1 or more from the previous month.
